The Myriade Quartet was founded in 2021 at the McGill University Schulich School of Music and works under the tutelage of professor André J. Roy.
Honored with invitations to partake in the Trondheim and the Wigmore Hall International String Quartet Competitions, they were compelled to withdraw due to personal challenges. As artists in residence at the Prince Edward County Chamber Music Festival, the Myriade Quartet performed lecture-recitals with engagements that followed in 2022, which included collaborations with Charles Richard-Hamelin, Scott St-John, Angela Park, and Sharon Wei.
The Myriade has been the quartet in residence for the Unionville Music Competition, and has been granted a fellowship at the 2024 Colorado Summer Festival.
