The Penfield Quartet was formed in 2012 at the Schulich School of Music of McGill University under the guidance of Professor André J. Roy. Highlights of its young performing career include performances at the Lakeshore Chamber Music Society as well as in The Old Brick Church series of West Brome.
More recently, the quartet was featured in the Grande Première des Futures Étoiles Gala concert hosted by the Place des Arts Foundation at Théâtre Maisonneuve. They also have been features in a concert at Salle Bourgie as well as in a noon-hour series hosted by the Toronto Summer Music Festival.
